The Store Team Leader will lead and inspire by taking a Customer centered approach creating an amazing retail experience that is engaging and inspiring to ultimately make our customers loyal to Libby Story and become brand evangelists.

Key Holder Ridgeland Location

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer’s experience by providing proactive sales assistance and support. You will also work with the store management team to lead a positive customer and employee culture along with assisting in driving operational activities.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Organized, self-motivated, decisive and supportive
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
  • Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines on projects/tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of Libby Story merchandise is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in retail strongly preferred
  • Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds

Description:  The Libby Story is looking for a stylish, creative and outgoing people to join our team at our Ridgeland location as video stylist to serve our customers providing an amazing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Exceed Customer expectations and ensure Libby Story offers a superior shopping experience.
Create idea for and star in video tutorials to be posted on all forms of social media.
Study the latest styles and trends in fashion daily becoming an expert in style and share that information with Libby Story Customers.
Be a kind and generous person creating a positive caring connection with customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
